Wie berechnet man den Stundenlohn?<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1) Zuerst muss der Basisstundenlohn berechnet werden, indem der Basismonatslohn durch 182 Stunden dividiert (42 Stunden x 52 Wochen\/12 Monate) und dann durch den Anteil f\u00fcr den 13. Monatslohn (8.33%) erg\u00e4nzt wird. 2) Zum Basisstundenlohn werden dann die Zuschl\u00e4ge f\u00fcr das Anrecht auf Ferien- und Ruhetage hinzugerechnet.<\/span><\/p>\n
